October
Saturday, October 16 - Ladies’ Fall Luncheon
Friday, October 29 - Church Hymn Festival at 7:30 PM. This year's theme for the Hymn Festival is "Guilt, Grace and Gratitude".
Lutheran theologian Robert Preus once said that one of the best ways to learn the Christian faith, was to "sing the faith into our hearts." Join us on Friday, October 29 at 7:30 p.m. for our third annual Reformation Hymn Festival as we seek to do just that.
Our hymn festival will follow the Heidelberg Catechism's three-fold division of guilt, grace and gratitude. Through the reading of Scripture and our confessions, and through singing the Psalms and the great hymns of the Reformed tradition, we'll be reminded of our guilt before God, the greatness of God's grace toward us in Jesus Christ, and having "sung the faith into our hearts," Lord willing, we will leave with our hearts filled with gratitude.

Church Picnic – August 29, 2009

Join us on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. for our Church picnic at Pearson Park in Anaheim. The picnic will be held from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. Come see the deacons and elders square off against each other in baseball, bid on some great auction items during the silent auction, and buy some fantastic baked goods. Bring your own picnic, an appetite for fun and some competitive spirit for family games and entertainment! We hope you can join us for this very special event.
Pearson Park is located at 400 North Harbor Blvd. between Sycamore and Cypress in the city of Anaheim.

What a great day we all had at the park and baseball game. We all cheered on the deacons and elders as they battled against each other on the ball field. For those who missed our picnic / fundraiser the pictures below will give you some of the fun highlights.
