Save the date! (March 22-23, 2013)
On March 22-23, 2013, one of our sister churches, the First URC in Chino, will be holding its annual Growing Reformed Churches Conference. The conference theme, “Such a Great Salvation,” is taken from Hebrews 2:3: “… how shall we escape if we ignore such a great salvation?”
Over the course of two days, Dr. W. Robert Godfrey, Dr. J.V. Fesko, Prof. Mark Vander Hart and Dr. Guy Waters will be comparing the temptation of those reading the book of Hebrews to turn back to Judaism, with the temptation for many in our day to turn from the truths of the Reformation back to Roman Catholicism.
